Director General of the National Sports Authority (NSA), Professor Peter Twumasi was a special guest on Friday, during the final day of the 2022 Asanteman Relay championship held at the Baba Yara Sports Stadium, Kumasi organized by Koora Sports Consult.

Former Ghana athlete and three-time Olympian, Mr. Emmanuel Tuffour is the brain behind the program that was organized on the 6th-7th October, 2022 amongst sixteen Senior High Schools in the Ashanti region.
The event saw sizeable number of students thronging the Baba Yara Sports Stadium to witness the competition.

The NSA Boss, Prof Twumasi graced the occasion as a special guest where he presented prizes to winners of the various schools. OKESS, TI Amass, KASS, were among the schools that were awarded.

Prof Twumasi was in the company of Ashanti Regional Director of NSA, Emmanuel Kojo Appiah, Head of Coaching Education & Research, Dr Enoch Baah & the Chairman of the Local Organising Committee for the 2023 Africa Games, Dr. Ofosu Asare during the presentation ceremony.
