Ashanti Regional Director of NSA, Emmanuel Kojo Appiah departed to Tamale on Thursday for the Africa U-18 & U-20 Five Nation Athletics championship to serve as the guest of honor during the race this weekend.
Mr Appiah joined a team of 48 athletes and some officials for the trip to Tamale for the athletics competition that features Bennin, Togo, Ghana, Ivory Coast and Burkina Faso.
The competition is slated for Friday April 14 and Saturday April 15, 2023 in the northern region of Ghana and has the aim of selecting U-18 & U-20 athletes to represent Ghana at the upcoming athletics championship in Lusaka, Zambia.
