The National Sports Authority (NSA) extends its heartfelt congratulations to Mr Herbert Mensah, who has been elected to serve on the Executive Board of World Rugby, the Governing Board of Global Rugby.
Under his leadership as the President of Ghana Rugby Football Union, he transformed the sport into one of the best sporting disciplines in Ghana.
His elevation to the Presidency of Rugby Africa is well deserved and a testament of his wealth of managerial acumen, dedication and support for the development and promotion of rugby.
We wish to assure him of our continuous support and healthy working relations with him as he charts a new course to develop and promote rugby from a global perspective.
We have absolute trust in his professional competence, which Ghana and Africa as whole stands to benefit.
