THE X-COUNTRY COMMITTEE brings to your notice the following decisions concerning the organization of next year’s edition.
- Regional Directors/RCC are to Submit in writing, a bid interest to host the event, addressed to the Chairman, 2020 CROSS COUNTRY COMMITTEE, Accra.
- The bid letter /document must reach the committee on or before Monday, 21st October 2019.
- The bid request must include a brief history or description of the proposed community worthy of a natural cross country terrain to cover a 10Km distance. To describe a suitable venue, Accommodation(For Officials and Athletes), transportation, key stakeholders to consult etc to the committee.
- The regional Directorate must demonstrate its unique ability to court sponsorship for the Event among other positives/ weaknesses, in a manner to convince the committee.
- The Best bid document (directorate) shall be contacted for further discussions and a subsequent visitation by the committee to the selected community for assessment etc by Early November, 2019.
