The National Sports Authority on Wednesday 19th August, 2020 secured 15 fire extinguishers for use at the Accra Sports Stadium.
According to the Acting head of Estates Mr. John Ebo Andorful, the procurement of the fire extinguishers is to ensure firefighting readiness at the Accra Sports Stadium. He added that, there are plans to secure more of such equipment for the facility.
The 15 fire extinguishers comprises of 10 types of DCP fire extinguishers and 5 CO2 Fire extinguishers respectively.
