Director-General of the National Sports Authority (NSA) Prof. Peter Twumasi together with his able Ag. Deputy Director-General (Technical), Mr. Kwame Amponfi Jnr. today November 17th, 2021 visited the Theodosia Okoh National Hockey Stadium, Accra.
The visit was to inspect the renovation going on as Ghana will be hosting both the African Club Championship and Continental Nations Cup come December 2021 and January 2022 respectively and to see how best measures can be put in place to hasten the renovation process. The renovation is about 90% done and should be fully ready by next week. Also present at the inspection was the chairman for the Local Organizing Committee for Hockey Tournament, Mr. Frank Awuku and his team.
