President of the Ghana Boxing Authority(GBA), Mr. Abraham Kotei Neequaye on Wednesday, December 01, 2021 paid a visit to the Director General of the National Sports Authority (NSA), Prof. Peter Twumasi at his office in Accra.
According to the GBA President, the visit was basically to express his profound gratitude to the NSA Boss and also, to honour Prof. Twumasi for his continuous support towards the boxing Authority which he believes has been remarkable.
During the visit, the GBA presented a national title belt to the Director General where the GBA Boss stated, it was their pleasure to present such a title to him and assured, the GBA will will continue to make him proud.
He further explained that, this has been the first National title ever had therefore, it is with great pleasure to present this very type for the records.
Prof. Peter Twumasi, thanked and appreciated the GBA’s efforts so far admitting, the GBA and the NSA have established a good relationship that is yielding good results which will inure to the benefit of Ghana.
He commended the President and his board members for their innovative ideas for the GBA which is having a positive effect on the Ghana Boxing Authority.
He urged them to continue with the good work they have already started.
