Ghana hosted this year’s edition of the zone 3 Nations cup at the Lebanon House, Tudu-Accra from 1st-9th August 2019. Participating countries included Nigeria, Benin, Burkina Faso, Mali and Ghana. Ghana being the host nation was represented by two teams(Snr National and U23 Teams).
At the end of the tournament, the Black Spikers secured gold medals in both men and women’s division beating Benin and Burkina Faso respectively.
