Ghana officially received the African Games flag at a colourful Closing Ceremony of the 12th ed this evening in Rabat, Morocco, to organize the 13th ed in 2023. The flag was presented by Moroccan Minister of Youth and Sports to his Ghanaian counterpart, Hon Isaac Asiamah, represented by the Deputy Minister, Hon Perry Okudjeto, in the presence of other Ghanaian officials including the Ambassador to Morocco, Amba S. Yakubu, and Director General of National Sports Authority, Prof. Peter Twumasi. A number of athletes and coaches from Ghana participated in the ceremony.
