The National Sports Authority received an ambulance at the Accra Sports Stadium from Government to aid safety and health services for athletes, spectators and staff during sporting activities in the stadium. The ambulance forms part of the 307 stock inaugurated this week by President Akufo-Addo. Professor Peter Twumasi inspected the vehicle and it’s numerous installed advanced medical accessories.
The vehicle is fully equipped with state-of-the-art medical equipment for saving lives. NSA is thankful to the President, the Ministers of Health, and Special Initiatives, and the CEO of Ghana Ambulance Services. We are optimistic that all other stadiums including the 10 newly built ones will all be equipped with these state-of-the-art ambulances, and that those assigned to neighboring constituencies would always be made available to support sporting activities.
